2024 Australian Adventure: Tasmania

6 - 14 December 2024

The 5 day ride out will start and end in the beautiful city of Launceston (“Launy” as the locals call it), in between we will visit sunken tracks in temperate rain forests, ride remote, rugged and challenging trails - including the Western Explorer - through remote wilderness country and spend time in the beautiful surrounds of Strahan, stunningly located on Macquarie Harbour. We will finish off by riding the stunning Jacob's Ladder in the Ben Lomond Ranges.

The organisation of the event was fantastic, the accommodation, facilities and meals were all great and, as usual, the staff from both Compass and ORS were all fantastic.

Simon and the Off Road Skills team are a very talented group of riders and fantastic trainers. They explained things clearly and demonstrated every exercise or skill very well. Their follow up with every rider was then attentive and thorough. I loved the fact that throughout the tour they constantly looked for challenges and opportunities to test the skills they had taught us.
