Simon and his team will be running two tours on the acclaimed BMW R 1200 GS, F 800 GS and F 650 GS for customers to enjoy a fantastic guided motorcycle holiday that will explore the incredible mountain trails and stunning tarmac roads near the spectacular coastal town of Vilamoura.

“The tour encompasses a mixture of riding. From twisty, empty mountain roads, fire roads, water crossings, beautiful forest trails and normally fantastic weather. It’s a dream tour for any rider thats caught the off road bug” explained Dakar rider Pavey.

“It has been inspired by the international press launch for the F 800 GS, in which I took part and had such an amazing experience that I wanted to share it with other riders. We have such a great time every trip we have here that we can’t wait for it to come around again. “The F 800 GS and F 650 GS were made for this type of riding too. The easy handling characteristics suit the twisty, flowing riding and make for a great weeks riding. There is no better bike for riding in this part of the world.”

The group will be based at a luxury hotel near the stunning Vilamoura marina for six nights. Then over five days participants will be led by myself and Off Road Skills staff along some of the best flowing off road trails I have ever ridden. It’s a chance to enjoy five days of brilliant riding and then relax in the great accommodation in the evening.

Participants will have the benefit of flying directly into Faro Airport. Customers will be collected and taken to the hotel where they will stay for the duration of the tour.
