We have taken the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming courses, affecting courses for 8th to 16th April, following newly updated guidance from the UK Government.
We appreciate that our customers journey to us from all corners of the UK, and so we must do our part to inhibit the spread of the virus by adhering to the current stay at home directive. We are all thankful for your patience and support in these difficult times.
We’ll be reaching out to all those with affected bookings in the next few days, so look out for our message in your inbox.
In light of the differing restrictions here in Wales, all courses beyond 20th April are planned to go ahead as scheduled.
Given the complex work that goes into planning our courses, we don’t want to cancel dates pre-emptively. We know the disappointment this causes, and many dates may yet be unaffected if the vaccine roll-out and easing of restrictions proceeds well.
Instead, all course dates will be subject to an on-going review in the weeks leading up to the event, with a final decision made 4 weeks prior to the course date – in line with both Welsh and UK Government review timelines. We’ll advise all riders, as well as update this page as we get closer to the time.
Rest assured, we completely understand that it can feel risky making plans right now! In the event that restrictions prevent us from running the course, you will have the option of a transfer to the next available dates, a credit for the full value of your booking to rebook at a later date, or a full refund back to the card you paid with – your choice, no quibbles.
We hope this sets your mind at ease but if you have any questions at all, please do get in touch. You can call 08000 131282 (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30), email Claire at World of BMW at BMW@WorldofBMW.com, or use our message box here.
In closing, keep yourself safe and we look forward to riding with you all in the near future.
