Brecon Beacons Discovery – two day destination trail ride
We have run the successful Brecon Beacons Discovery one-day experiences for the past six years. It is a special day which takes customers on an adventure ride which loops over the Brecon Beacons National Park. e have created a new two-day experience, although still calling it the Brecon Beacons Discovery. This new experience is a two-day adventure with the destination of the Radnor Forest in beautiful location of mid Wales. The two-day ride will include riding on some of the great roads and tracks suited to the GS range and offer a new location for past participants and our first-ever two-day trail ride.

The Radnor Forest is another magnificent forest which covers 3,700-acres of land and lies within the heart of rural Mid Wales and the unspoilt, dramatic countryside of the historic county of Radnorshire. It has long been described as one of Britain’s best kept secrets. The welcoming villages of Bleddfa, Llangunllo, Cascob and Whitton are united by their close proximity to the impressive Radnor Forest, a former Royal hunting ground, with its diverse woodland and abundant wildlife.

This new two-day experience will start and finish at the Off Road Skills unit in Ystradgynlais in south Wales. Participants must have completed the Level One course, be over the age of 21 and have a full and valid motorcycle licence for riding in the United Kingdom. Customers will have the choice of riding a G650 XCountry, G650 XChallenge, or a R1200 GS.

How much?
The two-day Brecon Beacons Experience costs £495 for participants riding either a BMW G650 XCountry, G650 XChallenge or a R1200 GS. Participants must have a good level of fitness. The price includes two-days of motorcycle hire, third party insurance, fuel, meals, refreshments and one night shared B&B accommodation. It does not include evening drinks.
