Day In The Dirt

Day in the Dirt
BMW Off Road Skills has successfully developed a series of special one-day events that run in partnership with our Level One and Two training schools. A Day in the Dirt is the ideal way to consolidate the essential skills learned on these courses, practicing your techniques in the fantastic 4,000-acre Walters Arena in Wales.
Your ‘Day in the Dirt’ is about riding time. Having worked hard at practicing the skills and exercises during your time at the training schools, you now have a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge.
BMW Off Road Skills has selected and graded routes around the Walters Arena, with the aim of offering a tailored ride to suit your experience level. These routes are graded in a similar way to ski runs. Green – easy routes; Blue – medium tracks and trails; Red – challenging trails; and Black – very challenging terrain.
Our team of experienced BMW Off Road Skills instructors will guide you around the hills and trails during this fantastic day’s riding.
The focus of the ‘Day in the Dirt’ experience is instructor led small groups, specifically catering for each group’s ability level to ensure that you maximise your training experience. Should you desire a different level of challenge, then changing between ability groups is possible.
We programme our ‘Day in the Dirt’ events to follow selected Off Road Skills courses, providing you with a perfect opportunity to build on the skills acquired on Level One or Level Two courses. Naturally, if you have attended an earlier Level One or Two, then you are also eligible to book a ‘Day in the Dirt’ as a stand-alone event.
