Pavey finishes inaugural Transorientale Rally - 30 June 2008 Hi all! Funny enough I am just finishing off the visit to China with a chinese meal in Beijing. The last day and function of the rally following the final special stage was a bit of an anti-climax really, but then they always are. We were packed into cattle trucks and shuttled for 30km to the Great Wall for a photograph and then that was it.

Seventh heaven for Pavey - 27 June 2008 Hold on, I'll just put the beer down! It was the last real racing stage today and the end of the rally tomorrow is just a 30km run to the Great Wall for the podium, so we're having a few beers tonight. I had a mega awesome day. Our two fan mod has worked wonders and it was like being let off the leash. I'm so pleased to get seventh on the stage and I would have been sixth if I hadn't have had a minor fuelling problem which meant I had to siphon some fuel from my rear tanks to the front one.
